Upon checking out, please be sure to double check your shipping address. Dzovi is not responsible for any packages shipped to the wrong address.

Shipping 

Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Once the item has shipped, you will be able to view the tracking information. 

Do you ship internationally?

The cost of international shipping is astronomical! However, we are working on securing international shipping. We've currently limiting shipping to the United States and Canada (by special circumstance). Bear with us as we try to find much more affordable shipping.

Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, please send an email to hello@dzovi.com for any adjustments to the shipping address. Upon shipping, we are unable to edit your address. You may however contact the shipping courier and request a "Package Intercept". Dzovi is not responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Returns

Currently, all candle sales are final. Any change to this policy will be reflected on this site.

Damages

We pack each order with care and precaution but damages do occur. If your candle comes to you broken or in an unusable state, please contact us within 24 hours at hello.dzovi@gmail.com with a picture of the product and shipping box. We'll file a claim with the shipping courier and work on a quick solution!

Missing or Stolen Items

Dzovi is not responsible for any stolen or missing orders. Please reach out to the shipping courier and file a claim.
